Goal

Approvals and Notification


Business cannot cancel POs due to Reinstate Requisition Lines error related to value sets.

Business has defined DFFs at Requisition Line level and the associated Value Sets are Security Enabled.
Users can raise requisitions successfully and process them into POs
Issue occurs when trying to cancel the POs : Change Order is created, and it is stuck in Pending Approval with the following back end errors

Client received SOAP Fault from server : JBO-29000: Unexpected exception
caught: oracle.jbo.AttrSetValException, msg=JBO-FND:::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST:   is not in the list of values.JBO-FND:::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST: is not in the list of values.
