Subscription Cancellation Reasons LOV Showing The Expired Values (Doc ID 2674568.1)

On : version, Subscription Setup

Cancellation Reasons List of Values Showing all the Values including the End dated values.

We have a customer requirement to change to Cancellation Reasons for Subscriptions.

1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage Subscription Close Reasons
3. The Out of the Box reasons are disabled and End dated to an old date. Note: these reasons cannot be deleted.
4. The new reasons are added, enabled, with old Start date.
5. When trying to close a subscription (line), both the Out of the Box and the new reasons are shown

The Lookup Configuration Level of this Lookup (ORA_OSS_CLOSE_REASONS) is 'User' level.
