'Enter Requisition Line' Task does not appear under 'More Tasks' in the Purchase Requisition screen

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Procurement > Purchase Requisition
3. Click on More Tasks > Check for 'Enter Requisition Line' Task
