Not able to modify Historical bucket and Demand Hist days in existing plan

Modifying Historical bucket and Demand Hist days in existing plan gives error

ERROR

An Application Error occured. See Incidence logfor more information.
Java LangNullPointerException


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Demand Plan
2. Go to Demands Tab
3. Try to modify the historical buckets in the Forecasting Profile.
4. See the error.

 
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Customer cannot modify the historical buckets in a Demand plan. This is causing inaccurate forecast.
