On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)
The program Update Subledger Accounting balance end in error with the following error.

A system error occurred. Contact your help desk. Details: A system error has occurred in the program xla_balances_pkg..calculate_balances, Balances are not initialized for the latest open period.
Before proceeding with balance calculation, run Carry Forward Subledger Accounting Balances Program for Ledger IDs: XXXXXXXXX for the latest open period in General Ledger..
Action: Contact Oracle Support for assistance.
