Symptoms

An error is reported when Importing Price List/Discount List using FBDI.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.QP_IMPORT_UTIL", line 1681
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.QP_PL_CHARGES_IMPORT", line 1307
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.QP_PL_ITEMS_IMPORT", line 1453
ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Download the FBDI template (PriceListImportTemplate.xlsm/DiscountListImportTemplate.xlsm related to your version - Please refer to Note 2274893.1 ).
2. Import the data to interface tables by running the ESS - Load Interface file for Import.
3. An Error is reported when executing the ESS Process - Import Price List/ Import Discount List.
