ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Approval Workflow for contracts is not working, the user is getting the email but  is not getting the bell notification for approval.
Also, when approving from email, nothing happens.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit contract for approval
2. Approve from email

3. Nothing happens.
