Contract Approval Email Notification Not Received By Approver

Information in this document applies to any platform.
An Approver is not able to receive the Approval Email Notification on submitting a contract.
Following Steps already conducted:
Login to Fusion
Click on the Bell Icon
Choose More Details ->Procurement
Click on the user name and choose Administration
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
"Test Notification Email Address" should be null
