Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Subscription Setup

When attempting to run reprocess install base updates
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Covered asset can't be updated because the record is locked


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup PIM/Warranty item
2. Create order through OM
3. Run Reprocess install base updates
4. The above error will be showin the error section
