Not able to add all/required Inventory Organization while copying the Inspection Plan

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All Eligible Inventory Organization should be available while copying the Inspection Plan

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the existing inspection plan
2. Copy the inspection plan
3. Check the organization
