Goal
Requirement to make a Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) required and based on the entry in that field, automatically enable or disable a checkbox.

Example:
Create a DFF field (PR Type) on the Requisition header.
When Emergency Order is entered in this field, requirement is for the Emergency Cost field to automatically be checked.
But, do not want the Emergency Cost box to be checked for any other values entered in the PR Type DFF field.
