Subscription Management Churn Model Does Not Show Any Information (Doc ID 2712370.1)

Symptoms

 On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Subscription Billing

After perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Subscription Management > Subscription Configuration > Subscription Predictions > Manage Churn Prediction Model > and setup the Churn Prediction Model using the defaults for for Accuracy Threshold (70%), Account Level Threshold (70%), Training Data Durations (700 Days).
2. Run "Populate Churn Prediction Features" ESS Job
3. Run "Train with Historical data and Predict Churn Probability" ESS job
4. Navigate to Subscription Management > Subscription Configuration > Subscription Predictions > View Model Accuracy > but the Predictive Model Accuracy shows no information

Why does the Predictive Model Accuracy not show any information?
