FA:SCM:SCP: Gross and Net Forecast in Replenishment Workbench is null (Doc ID 2713959.1)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run a Replenishment Plan with Generate Forecast and Generate Replenishments checkbox checked and Planning time level = Month

2. After Plan run is complete, review the Replenishment Workbench by drilling down from Supplies and Demands

3. Final Shipments Forecast is showing forecast generated but Gross Forecast, Net Forecast is null and Total Demand = 0
