FA:SCM:SCP: Project Specific Supply Planning not collecting specific entities with EBS integration (Doc ID 2714014.1)

The issue can be replicated at will as below -

1. Run Collection Process for Supply Chain Planning Cloud integration from EBS system to generate csv files.

2. On reviewing csv files generated, it is found that Organization.csv file is not having the PROJECT_REFERENCE_ENABLED column

Because the Project Reference flag is not collected, the organization is not being enabled for Project Specific Supply Planning.
