User is getting below error when releasing Work Order which is created in maintenance organization which is different from operating organization.

Error
An error occurred. Contact your help desk. (FND-2)
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 541, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.


Steps
1. Operating Org is Org A and Maintenance Org is Org B

2. Create Asset in org A

3. Create WO in Org B

4. Error occurs
