Symptoms

When updating the field "User-defined Lead Time in Days" in Backlog Planning Rule Criteria user-interface, then refreshing the plan, the lead time attribute is not reflected in plan results.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Backlog Management work area
2. Tasks
3. Manage Backlog Planning Rules
4. Update Rule ATP for BM with Lead Time
5. Open plan
6. Run plan
7. See results
