How to create Warranty Contracts for item instances with past dated installation dates?

User has Warranty relationship created for item with current date.
Business needing to convert existing warranty contracts from legacy EBS system to oracle Cloud.

The request is for when users load instances with past installation dates, those instances are available to process and create warranties.
