Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Subscription Import

When attempting to activate subscription with import management
the following error occurs. OSS-OSS_SUBSCR_VALID_FAILED (OSS--1) Details: OSS-OSS_SUBSCR_VALID_FAILED Cause: The message, OSS-OSS_SUBSCR_VALID_FAILED, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator."Product line 2 doesn't have a billing schedule. You must generate the billing schedule. (OSS-6075099)
