ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to view the resources after successful load

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to view the resources in plan inputs after successful load

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the resources through FBDI - Work center and resources
2. Load completed successfully
3. But no records showing up in the plan inputs
4. Ran the plan - still no records showing up in resources but records exists in backend table

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to access the resources
