"Reprocess Installed Base Updates" Does Not Show Asset If Warranty Start Type Is 'Enterable' (Doc ID 2729139.1)

Symptoms

Create an asset which has included warranty.  The warranty is set up with Service Contract > Service Start Type = Enterable

After the asset is shipped, in Reprocess Installed Base Asset page, asset does not show up for process to subscription.
