Symptoms

 Not able to upload Requirements to a Negotiation via FBDI

While uploading zip file it gives "File can't be imported because the format isn't recognized. Verify that the file and the format are correct".

Tried Uploading it in .zip, .xlxs, .txt file.

It gives the same error every time.
