Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Variables added to Negotiation Cover page are no longer displayed after 20D update

Created several negotiation templates with variables added to cover page.

All were displayed prior to 20D update, now no variables are displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Variables in the negotiation cover should be displayed in the Cover Page Preview

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to procurement > negotiations > create a negotiation
2. To the cover page add some variables as negotiation number
3. Preview cover page and observe no values are displayed for variables

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot preview cover pages for negotiations
