ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cancellation fee computation have discrepancy in Subscription as termination fee is not calculate correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cancellation fee computation should not have discrepancy in Subscription

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator --> Subscription Management --> Drill down to Subscription details page
2. Drill down to Product --> Billing Summary

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot termination fee is not calculate correctly.
