Symptoms

 After receiving the 20D Statutory updates an error similar to the following is received: 

 

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.AttrValException,
msg=JBO-27014: Attribute PersonId in DocumentsOfRecordEO is required.
ORA-20001: An error was detected by another process. Details will be provided
by the failing process. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_PROC_LOGGING", line 551
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ACTION_CREATION", line 1533 ORA-06512: at
"FUSION.PAY_ACTION_CREATION", line 1654 ORA-06512: at line 1

 This is specific to the 20D quarterly update and recent Weekly bundle updates
