Symptoms
When attempting to add an address in a supplier the following error occurs.
ERROR

HZ-120485
You can't save this address because at least one of the address elements is invalid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Procurement > Suppliers > Manage Suppliers
2. Search for a supplier
3. Edit address of supplier
4. Enter address:
750 Chestnut Ridge Road
Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977
5. Observe error

Due to this issue, users cannot edit the correct address for the supplier
