Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to change the value type for an existing element.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Being able to change the element entry value type from one type to another.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. An element has one value that stands for percentage of the position.
2. By mistake the element entry value was defined as ‘money’ type.
3. Cannot change the existing element setup the element entry value type to character instead of ‘money‘.
