Unable to Create Subscription from Reprocess Installed Base Update as we are getting an error.
"The covered asset cannot be updated because the record is locked'
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Create an asset from Manage asset UI.
Go to Reprocess Installed Base Update, the transaction is processed with error
