Unable to Create Subscription from Reprocess Installed Base Update (Doc ID 2746290.1)

Symptoms

  ISSUE

Unable to Create Subscription from Reprocess Installed Base Update as we are getting an error.

 

 ERROR:

"The covered asset cannot be updated because the record is locked'

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

 

  Create an asset from Manage asset UI. 

  Go to Reprocess Installed Base Update, the transaction is processed with error
