Symptoms
On Approvals and Notifications
When attempting to submit requisition for approval with currency conversion Rule in BPM,
the following error occurs.

Error occurred when displaying history tree table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define BPM Rule for ReqApproval Task with currency conversion.
2. create a new requisition
3. click on Manage approvals.
4. Getting the mentioned error.
