ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Under Search , Quality Issues (and Actions) Assigned to LOV is NOT Searchable. The link to search is no longer visible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Navigate to Quality Management > Search UI
2. Click 'Filter'
3. Click drop down of Assigned To field
4. Note Search link is gone and list doesn't fully show all available options
