ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Suggested Dock date not as per carrier calendar
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The suggested dock dates should match the carrier calendar

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Load the calendar, calendar associations, sourcing rule and and assignment
set through FBDI file

2) Run the supply plan with full refresh

3) Observe that dock dates for one carrier is not a per the calendar
association
