Symptoms
Gannt chart is not honoring the data format provided in General preferences - Regional
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the General preferences : Regional date format as DD/MM/YY.
2. The Same date format is found in Supplies and demand table .
3. But in Gannt chart the date format is different .
