BI Publisher - ScheduleService Web Service Not Working For BI Publisher Reports Connected To Subject Areas (Doc ID 2756252.1)

Symptoms

Using ScheduleService web service (https://<PODURL>/xmlpserver/services/v2/ScheduleService ) with a BI Publisher Report created from a Subject Area, will have a "Query not constructed" error.
When creating a new BI Publisher Report, instead of selecting a Data Model, the user can select Subject Area and build the report directly.
