Is there a way to capture miscellaneous cost other than resource, material or PO on Maintenance Work Order?

User has a business requirement where they need to capture miscellaneous cost incurred by an employee (like repair of vehicle while transporting some goods) which he/she settled by using his/her credit card or in cash on a Maintenance Work Order, so that later on the employee can be reimbursed once the cost is approved.
