Symptoms

Users are getting the following error when using  "Report Material Transactions" & "Report Resource Transactions" from the task menu under Work Execution & Maintenance Management-

Error: "Definition bindFromOrganizationId of type Variable is not found in _LOCAL_VIEW_USAGE_oracle_apps_scm_commonWorkExecution_workOrders_uiModel_view_TransactionExecutionParameterVO_WorkOrderVA"

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to applications
2. Go to Supply Chain Execution -> Work Execution
3. Click on Task List -> "Report Material transactions" OR "Report Resource Transactions"
4. Error Appears

2. Go to Supply Chain Execution -> Maintenance Management
3. Click on Task List -> "Report Material transactions" OR "Report Resource Transactions"
4. Error Appears
