Goal

User has yearly maintenance programs that are not generating work orders from forecast.

User generated the forecast for the programs and it shows the correct date (1/1)

When user attempts to generate (prior to 1/1) the work orders user receives error message: There were no work orders created. Verify that a valid maintenance forecast exists. (MNT-5580073).
