21B Release: Demand Plan Engine Will Not Run Successfully if the Plan Is Using a Forecast Profile With a "Global Causal"

Symptoms
In 21B Update, the Demand Plan Engine will not run successfully if the Plan is using a Forecast Profile with both global Custom Causals OR any Local Causals.
Forecast will completely fail in such scenario and no forecast will be generated at all, regardless of any method selection or any other profile option.
Example - Customer duplicating Shipments Forecast Profile enabling the existing “Price” Causal and populating it with valid values will also be hit by the issue.
Custom "Global Causals" are usually used to define Holiday effects and other Global events.
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Demand Planning Work Area
2. Go to All Task > Manage Plans >
3. Select the Plan and Click Run Plan
4. Review the Forecast in the Table
