FDC- Unable To Associate PO Schedules Through XML (Doc ID 2773176.1)

Symptoms

The user is trying to associate PO schedule directly from the XML. Once the XML is uploaded the following error can be seen

"The fiscal document line schedules are missing for fiscal document lines. Provide the required schedules and retry fiscal document validation"

The user is still able to select the schedules manually.
