API details for Payment Method update and credit card creation at subscription product

We are trying update subscription product Payment Method, but its failing to do so stating:

Add at least one credit card. (OSS-6075203)

API: /crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/subscriptions/12002/child/products/12002-XXXX-16007

Request Payload:

it gives error:
404Not Found
