On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, REST/Web Services

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Subscription Contact Sub tab does not open when using Deeplink.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Subscription Contact Sub tab should open and show the data

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Subscription Management --> Drill down to subscription --> navigate the sub tab Contact
2. Does not open

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the data in contact sub tab
