Asset Number Search Not Working on Maintenance Work Orders UI (Doc ID 2777561.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer searches asset, but cannot select the asset of choice even though the line is selected (highlighted in blue).

The customer is unable to fetch the correct asset when searching the Create Maintenance Work Order UI. He, correctly, selects the asset, but the item picker will not fetch his selected asset. It will fetch the first asset from that list of values, but not the one he selected initially. Also noteworthy, the process works the first time, but does not work the second time forward.

 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cloud App > select Supply Chain Exe > select Maintenance Mgt
2. Select Manage Maintenance Work Orders > click on + > search for asset using keyword > fill in required fields > save & close
3. The process works the first time only
