Symptoms

"Load Planning Data From Flat Files" to load Items.csv created using FBDI failed with Warning.
BO_LIST is null.. Exiting without submitting collectionsjobset


STEPS
-----------------------
Create items.csv file using ScpItemImportTemplate.xlsm
Add to the zip file and upload it to UCM.
Submit "Load Planning Data From Flat Files" for the zip file created.
