Goal

Subscriptions with usage based items are showing 0 value even after entering usage information in billing tab.

1) Subscription having Recurring Sale Price or Sale Price or Both -> total contract value is being display on subscription header.
2) Subscription is having , Recurring Sale Price, Sale Price and Usage charges -> only sum of (Recurring Sale Price+Sale Price) getting shown on subscription header in total contract value.
3) Subscription is only populating Usage charges-> total contract value on subscription header always showing as 0.
