Unable to Import Subscription Data

When we try to import the subscriptions using import management we are getting below error, but we don't have any groovy configured in our subscription application:
"- An error occurred during the data import. Details: This error occurred while importing data: groovy.lang.GroovyRuntimeException cannot be cast to oracle.jbo.JboException."

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Navigator > Tools > Import Management
2. Create Import Activity
3. Choose Object as "Subscriptions", Date format - DD/MM/YYYY and upload the file.
4. Validate Data
5. After successful validation, Submit the import activity

Importing failed with the error message mentioned above.
