PRC:PO: ERR: Blocking Error In Digital Signature (Doc ID 2783863.1)

Goal

Usetr received following error during "send to signature" operation:
"OKC-OKC_ESIGN_ACTION_ERROR (OKC--1) Details: OKC-OKC_ESIGN_ACTION_ERROR Cause: The message, OKC-OKC_ESIGN_ACTION_ERROR, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator.
The request body is missing or improperly formatted. The XML request does not match the expected format. (INVALID_REQUEST_BODY)"

In the past, it was suggested to read following documentation:

If user follow the instruction explained in the link attached, the error doesn't occurs.
If the user forget to follow the instruction (and insert a file with some symbols), the error appears.
The problem is that if the user tries to rename the files and press again to "send to signature", the system still show the error.

Customer complain the fact that every time a user commit an error in the file name, they must create another PO with correct attachment names in order to send it to signature.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?
