Segregation of Duties (SOD) Train Stop Is Grayed Out in Security Console While Creating or Editing Roles (Doc ID 2785762.1)

Symptoms

As a user creates or edit roles in the Security Console, the user works through a series of pages in which the user supplies basic information, define function security policies and data security policies, define a role hierarchy, and assign the role to users. In between the role-hierarchy and role-assignment stops, there is a Segregation of Duties (SOD) stop. It is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Security Console.

2. Click on Create Role button.

3. Enter the values in each train stop or page eg Basic Information , Function Security Policies, Data Security Policies, Role Hierarchy.

4. In between the Role Hierarchy and Users, there is a Segregation of Duties stop that is disabled.
