On : N/A version, Receivables
When attempting to create accounting for one receipt the following error occurs.

The journal entry line can't be accounted until the Receivables transaction that it references is fully accounted.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Receivables>Receivables
2. Create Receipt
3. Apply Invoice and Debit Memo
4. Run Create Accounting
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run create accounting for receipt.
