Symptoms
Referenced Checkbox is not being unchecked at Operations Screen in Maintenance Work Definition
ERROR

You do not have privileges to remove the work definition standard operation reference. (WIS-4440217)
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Supply Chain Execution > Maintenance Management > Task list > Maintenance Work Definitions
2. Search for work definition.
3. Open the work definition.
4. Click on an operation and select Actions > Edit
5. Try to uncheck the Referenced check box, see the above error
