Goal

There employees who have had a change in their annual leave accrual because they have either changed their working hours or have moved to a different accrual basis. The Accrual Matrix and Event FF is defined for this.

When the user book leaves, their entitlement is reverting to the previous value until the accrual process is run again.

The accrual process runs overnight. Even though the accrual process recalculates it and corrects it, it is causing confusion for employees and HR when the wrong value is shown initially based on a previous accrual basis.
