On : version, Installed Base

Reprocess IB Updates warning received.

The covered asset can't be updated because the record is locked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Items setup with the relationship to an included warranty item
2. When shipping the sales order the Asset is created with the included warranty transaction in the Install base interface.
3. Submit these for processing
4. Large number of these transactions are completing with a warning
5. User does not see any transactions open

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create warranty subscriptions.
