Comments Field In Subscription Header Level Is Not Translated (Doc ID 2803587.1)

Goal

When I am logged in in English language, I am providing a value to Comments field in Subscription Header level, but when I log in in Spanish, I can see the value is not translated. Rather the field is blank.
